Nicolas Bodin Guittard is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Head of Legal at Shadow since September 2022 and Head of Legal & Public Affairs at Qwant since December 2023. Previously, Nicolas held the position of Head of Legal and Compliance at InterCloud from November 2015 to September 2022, and worked as a Legal Officer there as well. Prior experience includes a role as Juriste at e-TF1 / WAT, where responsibilities encompassed legal support for various activities and special operations, and a position at TF1 Publicité focused on securing contractual relationships and ensuring compliance with normative constraints. Earlier in career development, Nicolas completed internships at Autorité de la concurrence and MG Avocats, Grall & Associés. Nicolas holds multiple advanced degrees in law and economics from the Faculté de sciences économiques de Rennes I and the Faculté de droit de Rennes I, with a strong focus on competition, property rights, and business law.
