Todd B. Lenart is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in international and domestic tax planning. Currently serving as Vice President and Tax Counsel at Cognizant since 2013, Todd is responsible for tax planning initiatives and mergers & acquisitions within the technology sector. Previous roles include DVP of Tax at Coach, where focus was on international legal structures and supply chain diversification, and International Tax Counsel at Unilever, leading domestic and international tax planning functions. Todd also held the position of Director of International Tax Planning at Interpublic Group, emphasizing international tax strategy, and began their career as Tax Counsel at Dover Corporation, managing various tax research and compliance responsibilities. Todd holds advanced degrees in Taxation and Business Law from New York University and the University of Richmond, along with a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Virginia Tech and the University of Virginia, respectively.
