Sarra Hamana is an experienced supply chain and customer service manager with a strong background in logistics and industrial engineering. Currently serving as the Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager at Crouzet since January 2023, Sarra also holds a long tenure at FIRST SWITCHTECH since September 2016, where roles have included Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager and Supply Chain Manager. Previous experience includes positions such as Supply Chain Manager Deputy at Nexans (January 2013 - September 2016), Planification Opérations Supply Chain at Cartier (March 2012 - September 2012), and Ingénieur Supply Chain at Danone (January 2011 - June 2011). Sarra's educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management Industriel et Systèmes Logistiques from Mines Paris - PSL (2011-2012) and an engineering degree in Génie Industriel from Ecole Nationale Polytechnique (2006-2011).
