Batu Akyurek is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience at Fidelity Investments, serving as the Head of Strategic Advisers Technology since December 2006 and previously as VP, Product Area Leader and Director of Software Development and Management. Prior to this, Akyurek held the role of Senior Manager of Software Development and Business System Analyst at Fidelity Investments from July 1995 to 2006. Akyurek's educational background includes a Master of Science in Information Technology from Bentley University, a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Boston University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Hartford, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
