Sam Wise

Director, Service Desk Operations at Frontline Managed Services

Sam Wise has a diverse work experience with roles in various industries. From 2015 to present, Sam has been working at Frontline Managed Services, initially starting as a Team Lead responsible for troubleshooting technical issues in the legal industry. Moving up, Sam became a Client Account Manager and then transitioned into the role of a Mentor Coordinator, overseeing training and development for analysts. From 2018 to present, Sam serves as a Service Desk Site Manager, managing staffing, metrics, and client needs. Prior to this, Sam owned a mobile DJ company called WiseBeats STL from 2012 to 2017, where they specialized in event entertainment. In 2010, Sam worked at Caleres as an Assistant Sales Manager, responsible for monitoring sales and inventory levels. In 2012, Sam also served as a Staff Writer and Photographer at Meramec Montage Newspaper.

Sam Wise obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Systems, specializing in Data Analysis, from Saint Louis University from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Multimedia Communications from Saint Louis Community College-Meramec, spanning from 2009 to 2013. Furthermore, Sam Wise has earned multiple certifications from Microsoft, including MSOS: Outlook 2016, MSOMS: Microsoft Office 2013 Master Specialist, MSOS: Microsoft Excel 2013, MSOS: Microsoft Outlook 2013, MSOS: Microsoft PowerPoint 2013, and MSOS: Microsoft Word 2013 Expert.
