Mikołaj Góralik, PhD, currently serves as an Account Manager at FAVI, focusing on partner acquisition and market analysis in Poland since January 2023. Additionally, Mikołaj is the Program Director for the International Film Festival for Children and Young Audiences JUNIORFEST, responsible for program development and coordination of over 100 screenings across multiple cities. Prior experience includes roles as Product Manager and Project Manager at Doc Alliance Films, where responsibilities included stakeholder management and product development for young viewers. Mikołaj has held various editorial and coordination positions in the film and media sectors, and holds a PhD from the University of Lodz, along with advanced training from several other institutions.
