Expertise includes leading teams of business analysts, designing integrated architectures, and assessing the integration of SAP products with various platforms. Prior experience encompasses marketing consultancy at Metro Inc. and project management roles across multiple organizations, demonstrating a strong background in enhancing customer engagement and sales efficiency through technology.
