Thomas Sullivan has over 25 years of experience in capital formation and investor relations. Starting in 1994, they began their career as a Vice President at Piper Jaffray. Thomas then moved to RBC Capital Markets as a Managing Director in 1996. That same year, they founded Pets Choice, a veterinary hospital consolidation company, and served as a lead Board member on audit and acquisition committees. In 1998, they joined Credit Suisse-DLJ as a Managing Director and raised over $12 billion in private capital for companies in various industries. In 2009, they became a Senior Advisor at both Industry Ventures and Row 44, Inc. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Managing Director at G2 Investment Group, LLC and was responsible for sourcing and executing investments in the direct private and funds sectors. From 2013 to 2019, they were a Managing Director at Piper Sandler and was a senior west coast-based private placement professional. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Consortia Capital, where they managed the capital raise process for private companies. Currently, they are the Managing Director-Capital Markets and Investor Relations at Farmland LP, where they are responsible for capital formation and investor relations.
Thomas Sullivan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Thomas then earned an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Sullivan also holds Series 7, 66 and 79 Licenses from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
