Kanika Maingi has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Kanika is currently a System Administrator at IT BY DESIGN since July 2021. Before that, they worked as a Sr. Analyst at Concentrix from June 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, Kanika worked as an Hr Recruiter at Hr Recruiter from January 2019 to March 2020. Kanika was responsible for partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, screening resumes, and conducting interviews with candidates. Additionally, Kanika has experience as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Convergys India Service Private Limited from July 2010 to October 2012, and as an Operation Executive at IBM Daksh Services India Private Limited from April 2008 to March 2009.

Kanika Maingi completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Commerce at Delhi University. Kanika then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science at Guru Jambheshwar University. Additionally, they obtained an MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) certification in Server from Rooman Technologies.
