Houssem Ghouma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and software engineering. Currently serving as Team Leader EBX at FSMA since May 2021, Ghouma manages high-level technical profiles and acts as a liaison with client teams. As MDM Technical Lead and EBX Expert at BNP Paribas Cardif since January 2019, responsibilities include leading the CARAT application project to integrate EBX Tibco MDM. Ghouma has also held managerial roles at Nexeo Groupe, overseeing a team of consultants, and previously worked as a Java Software Engineer at BNP Paribas Securities Services. Earlier career experiences include software engineering at Sopra HR Software and full-stack development at APP4MOB. Houssem Ghouma holds a Computer Software Engineering Diploma from the Higher Institute of Computer Science and a Fundamental Degree in Computer Science from the Higher School of Sciences and Techniques of Tunis.
