Kevin Lehar has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Kevin started their career as an Agronomist/ Vegetable Production Manager at JG Boswell Co. Boston Ranch in 1989, where they worked until 1999. Kevin then joined Woolf Farming Co. in 1999 as a Crop Production Manager until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Manager at Vino Farms. In 2018, they became the Director Of Business Development at Green Spring Farms/Farmland LP, and later took on the role of Director of Farm Operations in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of General Manager at Green Spring Farms/Farmland LP since October 2021.
