Eric Fleet is an experienced IT professional who has held various managerial and technical roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Engagement Manager at Exodus Integrity Services, Inc. since February 2017, Eric's prior experience includes Senior Application Manager and Director of Corporate IT Services at FirstMerit Bank and Tegrit Group, respectively. Notably, Eric was recruited to establish the IT department for Tegrit Group, contributing to its growth to 150 employees. Eric began a career at FirstMerit Bank, progressing from Systems Coordinator to Programmer Analyst, where important internal applications were developed.
