Effie Chryssagis, FCSI, CIM, currently serves as a Senior Enterprise Account Manager at Adaptavist, where responsibilities include creating strategic account plans, executing tactical actions, and delivering KPI reports to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. With prior experience as Manager of Client Services at Toogood Financial Systems Inc., Effie coordinated internal teams and managed service operations for a diverse client base.
