Kevin Dixon has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Community Responsibility Officer at ERIEBANK since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kevin was a Branch Manager at Huntington National Bank from June 2013 to September 2021, where responsibilities included leading talent identification, recruitment, and onboarding processes to build high-performing, diverse teams. Kevin collaborated with various stakeholders to implement effective best practices in talent management. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Governors University, and an Associate's degree in the same field from Cuyahoga Community College. Additionally, Kevin has educational credentials from ETI Technical College and the Community College of the Air Force.
