Anson Ho is a Staff Researcher at Epoch and formerly worked as a Research Fellow at PIBBSS. Anson has experience in research related to AI progress and societal impacts. Anson also conducted research at Stanford University and University of St Andrews, focusing on AI takeoff speeds and optical models of red coralline algae. Additionally, Anson worked as an Online Grader at Art of Problem Solving and as a Marketing Intern at Well Being Digital Limited. Anson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of St Andrews.
