Maggie Laureano currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Endeavor Schools since November 2022. Prior to this role, Maggie held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas at Bureau Veritas from 2018 to 2022, overseeing a large distributed workforce of 6,400 employees across North America. From 2008 to 2018, Maggie served as Vice President of Human Resources North America at Embraer, where notable achievements included the implementation of an HR Business Partner model that significantly improved internal customer satisfaction. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at DHL, Senior Vice President of Recruiting & Employment and Vice President, Senior HR Business Partner at Regions, as well as Vice President of Human Resources at First Union/Wachovia, Manager of Human Resources at KPMG Peat Marwick, and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources Business Partner at Citicorp. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Fordham University.
