Amanda Dias Ferraz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales and customer engagement within the jewelry and travel industries. Currently serving as a Brand Ambassador at Effy Jewelry since May 2021, Amanda is responsible for educating and interacting with cruise guests, organizing jewelry seminars, and implementing marketing strategies. Prior experience includes a Sales Associate role at Starboard Cruise Services, where Amanda catered to a multicultural clientele while managing sales and stock reports and expertise in fine jewelry and watches.
