Addison Hayes M. Ed currently serves as the Assistant Football Coach and Offensive Line Coach at Edward Waters University, where responsibilities include the holistic development of student-athletes both on and off the field. With over seven years of experience teaching and mentoring students with learning disabilities at Duval County Public Schools, Addison has also held positions such as Head Football Coach at Huguenot High School and Special Education Teacher at Richmond Public Schools. Addison's educational background includes a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections, both from Virginia Union University.
