Rita Mendes is a Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations at Arquiconsult, a multinational consulting firm, since January 2021. Additionally, Rita serves as a Trainer and Active Member at ESTIEM, a network for European students in Industrial Engineering and Management, contributing as Vice President of Public Relations and Project Leader for various initiatives, including the Vision Smart Factories project. As a Lean Six Sigma Instructor, Rita conducts sessions focused on the application of DMAIC tools, guiding participants through a practical case study. Previous experience includes internships at Bosch Security and Safety Systems and Ciencia Viva, as well as participation in the easy PET project during a degree program at the University of Aveiro. Rita holds an Integrated Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Aveiro, along with relevant education at Linköping University.
