Mitul Modi has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and companies. Starting in 2004, Mitul worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Parsons InfoTech. They then transitioned to the role of a Web Developer at Essar in 2007. From 2007 to 2010, Mitul returned to Parsons InfoTech, this time as an IT Business System Analyst. At Parsons InfoTech, they also created use cases and designed screen mock-ups.

In 2010, Mitul joined NJ Group as a Business Systems Analyst, where they gathered business requirements, conducted JAD sessions, and documented workflow processes. They subsequently worked at Atos as an SAP Business Analyst, liaising with remote teams and clients and providing data modeling for system enhancements.

Mitul joined Mastek Ltd in 2011 as a Senior Business Process Analyst. In this role, they created requirements specifications, facilitated user interviews, and supported technical teams in understanding business processes.

In 2012, Mitul joined Shilp Infotech P/L as a Senior Agile Business Analyst, where they successfully delivered software solutions and managed projects across various domains.

From 2015 to 2017, Mitul worked at Forever New Clothing Pty Ltd as a Senior Digital Business Analyst, delivering online initiatives and projects within E-commerce, CMS, CRM, and ERP.

Finally, in 2017, Mitul moved on to EBOS Group Limited, where they started as a Senior Business Analyst and eventually became the IT Business Partner & Analysis Team Lead. In this role, Mitul led a team of business analysts, acted as a single point of contact for Business Unit Managers, and set standards and best practices for business analysis activities.

Mitul Modi obtained a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University from the years 2001 to 2004. Following this, Mitul pursued a Master of Science degree in Information and Communication Technology from the same university from 2005 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Mitul received the Business Relationship Management Professional - BRMPā„¢ certification from APMG International in June 2023. Mitul also obtained the PRINCE2ā„¢ Practitioner CPD certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2021. In October 2019, Mitul achieved both the AgileBAā„¢ Foundation and AgileBAā„¢ Practitioner certifications from APMG International. Additionally, Mitul holds the Development Consultant SAP NetWeaver 2019 - Application Development ABAP certification from SAP, earned in July 2008. Furthermore, they have multiple Microsoft certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and Microsoft Certified Professional, all obtained in May and April 2005 from the Centre de Formation+Certifications Microsoft.
