Jonathan Schubert is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Support Manager at Summerset Group Holdings Limited since February 2021. Previously, Jonathan held various managerial roles at Todd Corporation from July 2014 to December 2020, including Manager Technology Support Services, where responsibilities included overseeing a responsive IT Service Desk for subsidiaries across New Zealand and Australia, and IT Service Operations Manager, focusing on the delivery of IT operations services. Jonathan also worked as Manager Services Support, ensuring infrastructure readiness and effective customer service through a dedicated Service Desk. Earlier in their career, Jonathan was the IT Network and Systems Manager at the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, leading the IT Infrastructure Team to ensure optimal system operations. Jonathan holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Central Institute of Technology, obtained between 1989 and 1990.
