Jim C. is an accomplished UX Lead at Eaton since March 2018, where oversight of the UX strategy and design for the Remote Monitoring cloud application is a primary focus. As a Full-stack Creative at Haplo Creative since January 2001, Jim has developed interactive products and communication projects with a strong emphasis on user experience. Previous positions include Design Manager at Cray Inc., where Jim employed a Digital First approach to produce a range of digital solutions, and Product Consultant, UX/UI Designer, and Prototyper at America Online, where responsibilities included leading design and functionality for various products. Jim also served as Interactive Media Manager/Digital Creative Director at Newseum, managing the New Media department's interactive strategies, and as Digital Interactive and Design Lead at KRT, creating standards and interactive news packages. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Multimedia, and Photojournalism from Ohio University.
