Lingeswari V. Chandra has significant work experience in various technical and managerial roles. Lingeswari started their career at Exabytes Sdn bhd as an R&D Software Engineer in August 2008. Then, they joined Intel Corporation as an Application Developer, providing support for critical issues in data warehouse systems.

In November 2012, Lingeswari moved to NLTVC Sdn Bhd as a Project Manager, overseeing project resources and timelines while serving as a mediator between customers and developers. During their time at Webmaya Solutions from March 2009 to September 2018, they worked as a Project Consultant & Solution Specialist, advising clients on web-based solutions development.

Lingeswari's significant contributions were made during their tenure at EasyParcel. Lingeswari held the roles of Product Development Manager from December 2014 to September 2018 and then transitioned to a Senior Technical Manager position. While in this role, they implemented improvements such as a 'bulk edit' feature for cash-on-delivery (COD) which resulted in increased adoption, and a module allowing customers to acknowledge and approve weight dispute charges. Lingeswari also led the design and implementation of a data engineering pipeline using BigQuery and Google SQL, enabling daily scheduled ETL and sync processes and providing performance and financial insights.

Throughout their career, Lingeswari has demonstrated leadership skills, managing technical teams and driving innovation through technology. Lingeswari has also established effective quality assurance and quality control procedures, resulting in reduced downtime and enhanced testing and release control using JIRA and JIRA XRAY at EasyParcel.

Lingeswari V.Chandra earned their Bachelor of Information Technology degree in Information Technology from Institut Perubatan, Sains dan Teknologi Asia between 2005 and 2008. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications including Professional Scrum Masterā„¢ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in December 2021 and Learning Data Analytics from LinkedIn in July 2020.
