Usha B has been working in the IT industry since 2014. Usha began their career as the CEO and Co-Founder of TEK CLASSES, a group of companies that deals with staffing and training services. In this role, Usha was responsible for providing clients with high quality services and customized solutions. Usha also served as the Business Development Manager for TEK CLASSES, specializing in classroom, online, and job-oriented trainings. In 2020, Usha joined Kasmo as a Business Development Manager.

Usha B attended Osmania University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in the field of MCA.
