Prior to this, Arash Shahinpour worked as a Plant Operator at Dynamit Nobel AG from March 2000 to August 2003. Arash Shahinpour pursued studies in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen at Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, though the degree was not completed.
