Raffaele Tanzi is an experienced telecom professional with a robust background in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Telecom and Network Administrator at Quintessentially DMCC since September 2021, Raffaele has also held the position of Telecom Engineer at Quintessentially since March 2019. Previous roles include working as a 2nd Line SIP Help Desk Engineer at TalkTalk Business and as a VoIP Support Engineer at Foehn, where Asterisk cloud platform support was provided. Raffaele's extensive experience spans over a decade at Olytel S.r.l. as a Voice Engineer and as a Telecom Consultant for prominent firms such as Eurizon Capital SGR and BNP Paribas. Raffaele has also served as a Support Specialist at Avaya, specializing in SIP trunk engineering.
