Kristy Stone, CCXP, earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting & Economics from St. Andrews Presbyterian College from 1996 to 1998. In 2005, they attended Gardner-Webb University, where they focused on Accounting and Business/Management. Additionally, Kristy has obtained the certification of Certified Customer Experience Professional from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in 2020, as well as the NPS2 Certified certification from Satmetrix in 2015.
