Swetha Ravindra is an accomplished Programme Project Manager currently leading the Accounting Transformation Programme at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, since July 2023. Previously, Swetha held the position of Assistant Vice President Programme Delivery Lead at Barclays and served in various roles at ADP, including Sr Project Manager and Scrum Master/Project Manager, from September 2018 to November 2022. Other notable experiences include stakeholder management at Caxton FX and work as an Application & Card Program Analyst at MasterCard Prepaid Management Services.
