Amber Underwood is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, team mentorship, and administrative support. Currently serving as a Stylist/Sales at Dia&Co since May 2018, Amber excels in selecting personalized clothing pieces, writing insightful customer notes, and contributing to various projects aimed at enhancing customer experiences. Previous experiences include roles at iTutorGroup as an Interviewer/Recruiter and at Red Lobster as a Service Professional Assistant Manager, where responsibilities ranged from recruiting teachers to managing service staff and training new hires. Amber is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in TESOL Origins and Methods at the United States Institute of Language and Cultural Studies, set to complete in April 2024.
