Tessa Crone is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project and program management in the technology and services sector. Since September 2019, Tessa has been serving as the Head of IT Support at DHL eCommerce Nederland, leading multiple IT support teams and contributing to the IT & Digital management team. Prior to this role, Tessa held various positions at Conduent, including Project Manager, Business Improvement Manager, and Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities ranged from service transitions to operational management for clients such as Dutch retailer Bol.com. Tessa's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Cultural and Social Development from Hogeschool van Utrecht.
