Anwaar e Mustafa Ansari has had a varied career in engineering and medical device innovation. In 2016, they were a Trainee R&D Intern at BETiC IITB, where they worked on a project called "Re-vascularization Device". In 2018, they were a Research Intern at the National Institute of Advanced Studies, where they were responsible for understanding the Indian healthcare system from a manufacturing point of view. Anwaar e Mustafa also worked as Head Mechanical Engineer at Aether Biomedical Pvt. Ltd., where they helped build their first device "Zeus" a bionic hand from scratch. In 2019, they were a Co-Founder at Frugal Sphere Innovations, a medical device innovation startup, and was also awarded a fellowship by the Department of Science and Technology (DST) through Manipal universal technology business incubator. In 2020, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Consultant at Krea Design Solutions, helping the firm design linear actuators and develop an electric 3 wheel scooter. Anwaar e Mustafa is currently a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Cypherock.
Anwaar e Mustafa Ansari completed a Master's degree in CAD CAM & Robotics at KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, Vidyavihar between 2015 and 2017. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai Educational Trust, MET's Institute of Engineering, Nashik (Pune University) between 2011 and 2015.
