Serena Holloway is an experienced financial professional with a diverse background in loan processing and documentation. Currently serving as a Documentation Specialist II at CU Business Group since September 2022, Serena previously held roles at SaviBank as an SBA/USDA Processor II, Mountain Pacific Bank as a Loan Specialist, Land Title and Escrow as an Escrow Assistant, and Skagit Bank as a Commercial Loan Specialist. Beginning their career at Heritage Bank NW as a Consumer Loan Credit Assistant, Serena has provided extensive administrative support to lenders and ensured the accurate processing of dealer contracts.
