Colston R. has held various positions in the past decade, beginning with a Social Media Intern at Bob Jones Nature Center in 2013. After that, they were a Marketing Intern at Highland Entertainment from 2011 to 2013, a Logistics/Operations Manager at Pet Love Mobile Grooming from 2014 to 2015, a Carrier Sales Executive at Schneider National from 2015 to 2016, a Sales Support Representative at Schneider National from 2016 to 2017, an Applecare Advisor at Apple from 2017 to 2019, a Project Planner and Project Estimator at INTEGRIS Lighting from 2019 to 2021, and most recently a Director of Estimating and Purchasing at MAYKUS CUSTOM HOMES, INC. from 2021 to 2022. Colston is currently a Customer Success Manager at Craftable.

Colston R. began their educational journey in 2008 when they attended Tarrant County College to pursue an Associates degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors degree in Marketing. Colston completed their studies in 2010. In 2010, Colston R. began attending the University of North Texas, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Integrative Studies with a focus in Journalism, Business, and Psychology in 2014.
