Mark Ace has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Mark is currently serving as the VP of Customer Success at Leanpath, where they are responsible for empowering culinary teams to prevent food waste. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Executive in 2019 for Available for New Opportunities. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of VP Client Relations at Higher Logic. From 2012 to 2017, Mark served as the President of Kavi Corporation, overseeing overall company management and revitalizing sales and marketing strategies. Mark also worked as the Vice President of Cayuse Research Products at Evisions Inc. in 2012. Before that, they were the President of Cayuse, Inc. from 2007 to 2012, contributing to its sales, marketing, and general management. Mark also has experience as the VP of Business Development at InfoPros from 2005 to 2008 and as the Founder and President of Ace Communications, Inc. from 1992 to 2005. Mark began their career as a Technical Publications Manager at American President Lines in 1988, where they managed a team responsible for designing and writing technical documentation and training materials.

Mark Ace attended Binghamton University from 1975 to 1979, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a focus on General Literature.
