Shane McShane has extensive experience in engineering and operations management, currently serving as Engineering Manager and Assistant Plant Manager at Covia since May 2018. Prior to this role, Shane was Operations Manager at Unimin Corporation from February 2017 to June 2018 and worked as a Professional Engineer at McShane Engineering Inc. from August 2003 to February 2017, focusing on marketing and project execution. Additional experience includes serving as a TPM Manager at PepsiCo and as a Marketing Manager at Rolls-Royce Marine. Shane began a career in aviation as an Aero Engine Technician with the Canadian Armed Forces, maintaining various aircraft systems. Shane holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Heat Transfer from Ryerson University and completed aerospace technology and engineering training with the Canadian Armed Forces.
