David Paradis is an accomplished reliability engineer with extensive experience in the mining and industrial sectors. Currently serving as a Reliability Engineer (Mobile) at Burgundy Diamond Mines since June 2024, David previously held roles including Mobile Reliability Specialist at Impala Canada and Senior Energy and GHG Specialist at Thorn Associates. At Baffinland, David provided technical support to enhance production reliability at the Mary River site. Notable achievements include significant cost savings initiatives at Compass Minerals and Cytec Solvay Group, and a successful automation program leading to substantial annual savings. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Ontario Tech University and a Technology Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Lakehead University.
