Jennifer Mobley began their work experience as the Dance Studio Owner/Instructor at Jennifer Mobley's School of Dance from August 1998 to September 2003. Jennifer then transitioned to the role of Sales Manager at Chateau on the Lake Resort, Spa, and Convention Center from January 2004 to June 2009. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Global Accounts at ConferenceDirect starting from July 2009. In their current role, Jennifer is responsible for various services such as site selection, contract negotiation, conference management, housing management, registration services, strategic meetings management programs, and mobile applications for events.

Jennifer Mobley, CDS obtained an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Three Rivers Community College in 1992 before earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arkansas State University in 1994.
