Camila Aquino currently serves as Executive Sous Chef at Grupo Puntacana since March 2023, bringing a diverse culinary background that includes their previous role as Executive Chef at La Cava Kitchen & Bar from August 2022 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes positions such as Cook A at Artbeach and various kitchen trainee roles at esteemed locations like Chef’s Table Bangkok, helmed by Executive Chef Vincent Thierry, and Passion by Martin Berasategui under Executive Chef Maximiliano Sola. Camila's culinary education encompasses degrees in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Universidad Anáhuac de Cancún and Le Cordon Bleu Cancun, complemented by an immersion course at Kendall College in 2014.
