Randall Olsen is an experienced professional in energy conservation, currently serving as the Energy Conservation Program Manager at Community Action of Washington County since December 2012. Previously, Randall held the position of Weatherization Compliance Officer at the Oregon Housing and Community Services Department and worked as a Weatherization Trainer at the Oregon Training Institute. Randall's career in energy auditing began at Clackamas County Weatherization, where a role as Energy Auditor/Inspector was held from 1993 to 2009. Randall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Portland State University.
