Melanie McCormick is an experienced operations and project management professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Loaves and Fishes MN since March 2021, Melanie focuses on enhancing day-to-day operational efficiency, program development, staff supervision, and warehouse management. Prior to this role, Melanie held the position of Operations Manager at Hearts & Hammers - Twin Cities from January 2016 to March 2020, contributing to home refurbishment initiatives through volunteer coordination.
