Karen Wolf has extensive experience in customer support, project management, and compliance within the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at COCC since August 2009, Karen provides support for financial products and manages Insight General Ledger conversions. Previously, Karen was the owner of My Other Office & The New England School of Protocol, where project management support was offered to small businesses, along with business etiquette training. Karen's background also includes serving as a Conversion Project Manager at NCR/Fiserv Solutions, where processes for client conversions were developed, and as an Assistant Vice President at a start-up bank, where systems and procedures for operations and loan processing were implemented. Karen's educational background includes studies at George Washington University, Manchester Community College, and The Protocol School of Washington.
