Andrew M. has had a diverse work experience. Andrew began their career in 2003 as a Gate Attendant at Pennypacker Country Club. From 2007 to 2008, they held internships at West Chester University as a Web Intern and Help Desk Intern, as well as a Web Site Manager at West Chester University Radio, 91.7 FM The Curve. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Help Desk Analyst at DaVita, and from 2012 to 2014, a Client Services Support Technician at Downingtown Area School District. Finally, from 2014 to present, they have been a Technology Support Technician at Springhouse Education and Consulting Services, where they are responsible for ensuring technology systems are working and customers are happy.
Andrew M. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, with a Web Technology Minor, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2010. In 2011, they obtained an HDI Certification from the Help Desk Institute. Andrew also holds a Net Generation Certified certification from the United States Tennis Association.
