Rashidah J. is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in coaching, program management, and social services. As Co-Founder of Black Girls Coaching since January 2023 and Owner of Focused Goals, LLC, Rashidah provides impactful coaching services, particularly for BIPOC communities. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at the Urban League of Greater Atlanta, Rashidah empowers youth and young adults through various programs. Rashidah is also a Certified Life Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute and has initiated healing circles at CHRIS 180 for trauma-impacted populations. With a strong background in admissions and antiracism activism through previous roles at Year Up and educational qualifications, including a Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia, Rashidah exemplifies a commitment to personal and community development.
