Jean-Christophe Guérin currently serves as the Responsable du Pôle Formation Inclusive and Chef de projet E-learning at Signes de Sens, focusing on the development of accessible distance learning programs that cater to diverse cognitive profiles. Previous experience includes a role as Conseiller Emploi at Pôle emploi and a six-month position as Chef de Projet Pédagogie at Decathlon France, where significant contributions involved diagnosing existing training systems, developing new training offers, and improving blended learning practices. Jean-Christophe's extensive background also encompasses over 14 years as Directeur pédagogique & artistique at ASSOCIATION LES ALLUMEURS DE REVERBEBERES, and several teaching roles in primary and secondary education. Jean-Christophe holds a Master’s degree in Ingénierie Pédagogique Multimédia from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and multiple degrees focused on education and pedagogy.
