Andrew Kramer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and corporate strategy. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Strategic Initiatives at CNA National since June 2021, Andrew previously held various roles at UMB Bank from June 2017 to June 2021, including Corporate Strategy and Development Analyst Sr. and Corporate Strategy and Development Analyst. Andrew began a career in strategic analysis with internships at DH Pace Company, Inc., where responsibilities included billing process improvement and asset tracking. Andrew holds an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a dual degree in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Economics from The University of Kansas.
