Rachna D. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and business development, currently serving as the Customer Experience Business Development Lead for the APJ region at Cisco since 2008. Rachna has a proven track record in driving growth for the Transformational Services portfolio, focusing on business acceleration and partner alignment. Previously, Rachna held various leadership roles at Cisco, including Marketing Head for the SP Business and positions in channel marketing and strategic alliances. Rachna's earlier career includes roles at Sapient, Text100, Perfect Relations, and Bharti Airtel. Rachna holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Computer Applications from Banasthali Vidyapith, a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Delhi University, and certificates in Digital Marketing and Data Science from Columbia University and UCLA, respectively.
