Thomas Insall, PMP has over 10 years of experience in education, technology, and client success. In 2021, they began working as a Program & Client Success Manager for Cignition and as an English & Social Studies Teacher for Cyber Tech High School. In 2017, they began working for Newburg School District R2 as a Teacher - ELA, Algebra, Audio Engineering and for VIPKID as an ESL Teacher. In 2015, they began working for North Wood R-IV School District as a 6-8 Grade Language Arts & Humanities Instructor. In 2013, they began working for ST.JAMES WINERY LTD as a Tasting Room Employee and for Belle High School as a Language Arts Instructor. In 2011, they began working for East Central College as an Instructional Technology Specialist and for Missouri University of Science and Technology as an IT Communications - Student Worker.

Thomas Insall's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, with a minor in Theirtory. Thomas also attended Rolla Senior High School. Additionally, Thomas holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, as well as 5-9 and 9-12 English Language Arts, Mathematics, and Social Sciences certifications from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Thomas also holds a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Cyber Tech High School.
