Panagiota Drouka

Customer Success Team Lead at Epignosis

Panagiota Drouka has worked in various roles since 2015. Panagiota started as a Receptionist at Blue Lagoon Village in 2015, and then moved up to become a Guest Relations Supervisor - Wedding Coordinator in 2016. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Guest Relations Manager. In 2018, they left Blue Lagoon Village to join Epignosis learning technologies as a Customer Success Associate, and was later promoted to the role of Customer Success Team Lead.

Panagiota Drouka obtained a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Ionian University between 2010 and 2014. Panagiota then obtained a Linkedin Cert from TalentLMS in November 2019. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Piraeus, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
