Ericka Stafford has extensive experience in education and social work, currently serving as the Lead Preschool Teacher at Children of America since February 2020. Prior to this role, Ericka held positions as a Lead Teacher at Congreso de Latinos Unidos and an Outpatient Therapist at Child Guidance Resource Centers. Ericka also worked as a Childcare Worker at Bethany Christian Services and a Bi Lingual Employee Verification Specialist at TSI - A Transworld Systems Company. Early career experience includes serving as a Bi Lingual Teacher Assistant at Santo Domingo Savio and an Associate Sales Consultant at Bed Bath & Beyond. Ericka holds a Master of Arts in Social Work from Widener University and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Spanish from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
