Michele Reder is an experienced professional in the fields of education and youth development, currently serving as Referentin Programme at Deutsche Kinder- und Jugendstiftung GmbH since September 2021. In this role, Reder focuses on event conceptualization and organization, project management, and the development of quality standards and programs related to current educational issues. Previously, Reder was involved with Deutscher Bundesjugendring, contributing to the revision of standards for children's and youth participation in collaboration with the BMFSFJ and a network of over 40 experts. With a background in EU project management and a long tenure at Deutsche Kinder- und Jugendstiftung, Reder has overseen various programs aimed at vocational guidance for at-risk youth. Reder holds a Diplom-Sozialpädagogin degree from Fakultät Sozialwesen DHBW Stuttgart.
